Mapped against the Careers Development Institute and Gatsby Benchmark Frameworks, the toolkit offers expert evidence-based guidance to inspire young people exploring career pathways and making informed decisions about their future. Drawing on our experience of developing young people to world class standards, the toolkit also helps students build key employability skills and close the gap between education and employment. It is a valuable resource for schools, students, parents, and carers to support any careers programme in the UK.
