We work with educators and tutors by providing resources to develop their skills and support their teaching excellence. Our digital Careers Advice Toolkit has been made for educators to provide a guide to supporting young people with employability skills and careers information.
We inspire young people through our careers advice resources to think about their career direction by giving them unique access to high-achieving young role models. We also develop young people by testing and assessing their skills and knowledge against their peers through our national and international competitions programmes.
We help businesses by providing opportunities to meet engaged young people and our national competitions offer a great opportunity to test apprentices. We also innovate to mainstream global excellence to help improve standards of teaching, training and assessment through international benchmarking to help young people, employers and the UK economy succeed.
We are an independent charity and work with employers, education and governments.
We are part of WorldSkills, a global movement supported by over 80 member countries, which celebrates young people achieving world-class standards in the biennial ‘skills olympics’.
