Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Heroes Awards, in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and NCFE, honour, celebrate, and shine a light on individuals and organisations who are championing diversity and inclusion within their organisations and the technical education sector.
Open to all students, apprentices, employees and organisations within the technical education sector, the awards are an opportunity to recognise outstanding commitment to promoting and supporting diverse and inclusive practices, and to celebrate those making a real difference.

Open to organisations that have delivered an innovative initiative or solution, designed to promote equity, diversity and inclusion within their organisation and / or the wider technical education sector
Open to organisations that have engaged and supported underrepresented groups through external network activities which demonstrate sustained value to its wider organisation.
Open to organisations that have delivered organisational activities that facilitate entries into WorldSkills UK’s training programmes from underrepresented groups, embedding skills competitions into their curriculum and training programmes.
Open to young people in the early stages of their careers who are going above and beyond to drive equity, diversity and inclusion in apprenticeships and technical education.
Open to young people who have taken exceptional steps to drive equity, diversity and inclusion. They will have shown qualities that encouraged and inspired others and/or empowered underrepresented communities.
Open to individuals who have delivered inclusive curriculum activities to advance skills development for underrepresented groups.
Open to individuals who have driven equity, diversity and inclusion in WorldSkills UK’s training programmes through their participation or delivery of the competitions.
Open to individuals or organisations who have led truly remarkable change, generating exceptional impact through their work.
