The Coaching Learners for High Performance sessions help educators understand the psychological strategies behind effective coaching. These sessions cover motivation, goal setting, building self-efficacy and confidence, and the role of nonverbal communication in projecting confidence.
Additionally, educators will explore stress management and resilience strategies to help learners develop a mindset for excellence.
