The Additive Manufacturing sector is growing, with a CAGR of 18.21% from 2022 to 2030.
Over the past few years, the rapid emergence of new and innovative 3D Printing products, alongside the development of 3D Scanning, and 3D Forming and the increase in appetite for Additive Manufacturing and we are now seeing this increased industry use flow into the education and research sectors, with the biggest uptake of this innovative technology in the Post-16 sector.
3DGBIRE are committed to making the adoption of 3D Printing in businesses successful. Supporting the future of British Manufacturing, 3DGBIRE along with Create Education are proudly supporting and managing the WorldSkills UK´s Additive Manufacturing Competition which has kindly been sposored by Autodesk, UltiMaker, and Shining 3D.
This WorldSkills UK competition focuses on all the essential requirements for a successful career in Additive Manufacturing specialising in CAD software design, alongside FDM 3D Printing and 3D scanning. Competitors will be tested on their performance using innovative Additive Manufacturing skills to prototype and produce 3D models and products.

The first stage of competition is a remote or online test (where applicable)
Competitors take part in competitions in venues across the UK or online
