Skills competitions are designed by industry experts, and assess an individual’s knowledge, practical skills and employability attributes against set criteria in a competitive timed-environment.
86% of previous entrants say they improved their technical skills after taking part and 85% said they improved their personal and employability skills. The average earnings of those who participated in WSUK’s competition development programmes is 60 per cent higher than those of a comparable peer group.
