Those looking to become a restaurant manager should be able plan menus, organise shift and rotas, manage budgets and stock.

The individual should have excellent stakeholder management skills with food and drink suppliers. Adhere to rules and regulations in line with licensing, food hygiene and health and safety of the team. They would need to be able to manage staff, training and recruiting.
