Bricklayers are craftspeople who construct brickwork for all types of buildings and structures. Those looking to become a bricklayer and are interested in our competition, will take into consideration scientific principles such as insulation, humidity and the way different materials erode when working their trade.

The individual will need knowledge of building and construction, being able to measure work areas, set out first rows of bricks and blocks alongside mixing mortar. They should also be flexible and open to change, and have the ability to work well with their hands.
