Establishing three communities of practice in key growth sectors (Digital, Net Zero, Advanced Manufacturing), to explore future demand for skills, enhance technical expertise with industry led training and diagnostic action learning and research with coaching and mentoring rooted in its core.

The purpose is to provide a space that encourages innovation that deepens knowledge, understanding and practice amongst practitioners.

Cross-cutting themes in education, industry and employment will be covered and working with representatives from all vocational areas

The Communities of Practice serve as a platform for industry and education, home to sector specialists in three pivotal areas: Digital, Advanced Manufacturing, and Net Zero. These communities are not just reactive; they are proactive, developing responsive skills to keep pace with rapidly evolving sectors.

Together, these communities form a robust network that fosters continuous learning, agility, and improvement, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve and nurture the skills that will shape our future.
