Why do we need team leaders and assistant team leaders?

Our VTLs and ATLs will guide and lead a group of show team volunteers. Volunteers are present throughout every stage of the show; from the build, main event and break down phase. Logistics and technical – helping the logistics and technical teams i.e. event build, catering, transport.
