This competition is not running in 2023

However, we will continue our strong relationship with our Competition Organising Partner the Goldsmiths’ Centre, the UK’s leading charity for the professional training of goldsmiths, to inspire the next generation of jewellery makers to develop their skills to the highest standard and encourage more people into careers in the sector.

Overview

Jewellery is a craft which requires an individual to take an intricate design, or create one themselves and turn it into a beautiful piece of jewellery.

The competition has been designed to reflect the role of a Jeweller. The Competition will test the candidate’s understanding and interpretation of a design alongside the standards expected within the industry. The competition will also test candidates time management and understanding of processes.
