Peter Clark, Master of The Worshipful Company of Masons presented a set of tools to Yeoman Mason Archie Stoke-Faiers on Monday 17 July 2017 on behalf of The Craft Fund Trustees. 

Archie will represent the UK in Architectural Stonemasonry at WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017 and is being trained by WorldSkills UK Expert Kevin Calpin, a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Masons.  

Archie, who has a workshop in The Town Mill in Lyme Regis, Dorset, said:  “I am really looking forward to the competition in Abu Dhabi in October 2017 and I am very grateful for the tools presented to me today by The Worshipful Company of Masons’ Craft Fund Trustees.”

The tools were supplied and engraved by G Gibson & Company Limited who supply engraved tools to the Craft Fund Trustees.

Peter Clark said, “We wish Archie every success in the WorldSkills Competition and his chosen career working in stone.”
