Kaja competed in the WorldSkills UK Fitness Trainer competition. She’s now a self-employed Personal Trainer and helps encourage more young people into technical career paths.
Kaja grew up in Poland and came to Belfast at the age of 13 and competed at the national competitions in 2016, winning gold in the fitness trainer competition. Kaja studied sociology and health and social care and went to Belfast University to do a degree in psychology. After much thought completing her degree, Kaja decided to have a career change as a fitness trainer.
WorldSkills UK has helped Kaja change her mindset from being a shy, quiet person and she has now spoken in public doing Ted Talks on how to pursue a career, and change your career paths n a successful way.
