Propose a new WorldSkills UK competition 2009/10

UK Skills will consider competition applications if the following criteria are met and evidence is provided:

• Demand for this competition
• Fills skills gaps and is important to the UK economy
• Leads to either WorldSkills or Euroskills
• Supported by industry and sector
• Self sustainable
