Who is this competition for?
This competition is open to individuals who are either studying towards a level 2 or level 3 qualification or who possess up to 5 years’ experience/training.
What does the competition prepare you for?
This competition gives you an opportunity to experience the dynamic environment in which a media make-up artist works.
What does the competition cover?
This competition tests your ability in several aspects of media make-up. You will be expected to
show your creativity as a make up artist and act as an expert technician, consultant, and a
communicator.
Stage 1: Regional heats will be held in May 2008 (dates coming soon!)
Stage 2: If they reach the minimum standard, regional winners will go through to
the UK Final to be held in June 2008
What happens if I win?
The winner of the UK Final competition will be invited to a high profile national awards event.
