Who is this competition for?
There is one Acting competition for individuals to enter:
- Advanced (up to 2 years of training or experience)
What does the competition prepare you for?
The competition will support your training and preparation to be an actor.
What does the competition cover?
Competitors are expected to select and perform a monologue from a published play.
They will be marked in relation to the following aspects of the actors work role, including:
- Use of physicality and voice
- Interpretation of the script
- Characterisation
- Overall performance
What happens if I win?
Competitors will attend a regional heat and if successful progress to the UK final. UK Gold winners will be invited to a high profile national awards event.
